The owner was referred to KWA Appraisals for a Diminished Value Report and Negotiation. The Diminished value / Loss of Use report was rejected by the at-fault insurance company. KWA assisted the client when he filed a suit in small claims court Our experience enabled the client to win the suit and he was awarded 100% of The Diminished Value and Loss of Use reports, which was then paid by the insurance company.
